By accessing this website and/or registering for a course or workshop, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not continue to use this site or services.
Photography Workshops & Education
James Nader provides education, insight, and mentoring through in-person and online photography workshops. While every effort is made to provide a safe, high-quality experience, we accept no responsibility for the following:
Any damage to or loss of property;
Injury or death of participants, directly or indirectly caused by actions or omissions of third-party providers;
Delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to: changes in law, transport strikes, illness, fire, natural disasters, terrorism, war, or pandemics).
By participating in a workshop, you accept these risks and waive any claim against James Nader Productions for loss, injury, or damages.
We reserve the right to accept or remove any participant at our discretion and to make itinerary or scheduling changes as necessary for the safety, quality, or logistical success of the workshop. Participants are expected to be in suitable physical and mental condition to attend.
Image Usage Policy
Images taken during any workshop may only be used for portfolio purposes, including personal websites and social media. You are not permitted to:
Submit images to competitions, magazines, or exhibitions without written permission
Use images for commercial gain (e.g. to promote your own workshops, shoots, or products)
Registration, Payments & Cancellations
Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis
Early booking is recommended
Final payment is due six (6) weeks prior to the start date of the workshop
Registrations made within six weeks require full payment at the time of booking
Refunds:
Cancellations made more than six weeks before the start date: Deposit is non-refundable unless a replacement participant is found
Cancellations made less than six weeks before the start date: No refund
No refunds are issued for early departures or non-attendance once the workshop begins
In the rare case that James Nader Productions cancels a workshop (e.g. due to insufficient participants), a full refund of all fees paid will be issued.
Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Included / Not Included
Included: Photography tuition with James Nader, group image review sessions, post-processing guidance, lunch, and light refreshments during workshop days.
Not included: Accommodation, travel, other meals, insurance, and personal expenses.
